inside out to right side out

Is your Closet Inside Out or Wrapped in Plastic? Closet Tip #2

Are your clothes hanging in your closet inside out or covered in dry-cleaning plastic?

No wonder you can’t find anything to wear.

It always surprises me how many wardrobes I tidy up where I find the garments are hidden by simply being inside out or covered in plastic.  I do love finding these gems and in most cases the owner has forgotten about them, so it does feel like they have bought a new garment when found.  However, wouldn’t it be nice if it wasn’t hidden in the first place?

Spring into Action Tip #2 –

  • Turn all your clothes out the right way so you can see their full beauty.
  • Remove the plastic from fresh dry-cleaning and re-hang on a decent hanger (some of those foam covered hangers deteriorate and leave grubby dusty flakes everywhere).
  • Hang all your clothes in the same direction so you can peruse your options quickly.

Once completed, enjoy your wardrobe in its full colour glory…and hopefully discover some hidden gems you had forgotten about.
