It is ironic that as I clean out other peoples’ closets my work area gets full of these amazing clothes and shoes and bags and scarves… to the point where I feel overwhelmed by the sheer volume of stuff. Sometimes it can be too much to face. But one item at a time finds its new home, being sold on eBay, sold at the recent Wardrobe Warriors Market or donated to Suited to Success. The racks slowly clear until the next load comes in.
I love that I have helped many people uncover their own style whilst clearing out their wardrobe, then passed on quality items to others at great prices, saved items from landfill and at the same time generated money to give back to my clients as well as myself to keep me going.
So on International Women’s Day I would like to share the joy of some of my clients and give myself a pat on the back as I think women don’t do that enough.
“Hi Cathy, Thanks for the amazing work on my clothes and wardrobe this week. I am delighted with the result. You’re a genius!” LM Gold Coast
“Hello Cathy, I have been really enjoying the ideas and the practical layout of the closet.” MP Brisbane
“Thank-you for helping me with my wardrobe. I’m loving it being so organised and clean!” JP Brisbane
“Thanks for a great day Cathy. I’m thrilled to be a little sorted. So glad to have made a start. Look forward to out next session.” PC Brisbane
On that note, make sure you remind yourself how good you are and share your joy to others when they deserve it.
Cheers Cathy xo
