Warning: this article is full of clichés.
Let us start at the very beginning…any time is a good time to set some goals, and I kind of like the new year to hit refresh. So my resolution is “no faffing”, you know, I want clothes that I love wearing, that I don’t have to faff about in the morning and constantly readjust all day. I want clothes that make me feel great. I want clothes that suit me and my lifestyle and make me look great. I want people to say “you look fabulous” not “I like your dress (what is that really saying).” I want clothes that were made lovingly and paid the makers a living wage. I want clothes that last so long my 11-year-old daughter can wear when she grows up, just like the clothes I wear that my grandma wore.
If you want the same, get thee to your wardrobe and donate all those items that create faffing, that are ill-fitting, that are poorly made and enjoy those clothes that reflect the new 2018 you!
Now that was a refreshing start. Enjoy this reflective video I took at Wategos Beach, NSW, Australia whilst you reflect on your new resolutions for 2018.
Happy New Year
